This authorization and assignment of rights is valid worldwide, for a period of five (5) years from the publication of the aforementioned content.
Niram consulting may reproduce, represent and adapt this photograph for all commercial, promotional and advertising purposes, via any means and on any medium, in particular via the internet and the written press.
You also authorise Niram consulting to mention your account in conjunction with the photograph.
You acknowledge and accept that this authorization and assignment are granted free of charge, and will not give rise to the right to any remuneration.
Hypertext links
Niram consulting cannot be held liable for hypertext links to external sites, in particular with regard to commercial offers or advertisements that may be offered to you on this site. The decision to activate a hypertext link remains the exclusive property of the users of the site.
Applicable Law & Severability of Cases
